ATPT hopes you enjoy your new purchase, however we will willingly exchange your items for another size or for store credit. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. We'll even send you a return label free of charge.

We know how challenging it can be to get lingerie sizing exactly right so feel free to contact us here for a personalised fitting consultation.

To be eligible for an exchange of goods please note the following criteria:

▪ Purchased less than 30 days ago

▪ Have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED

▪ Remain in original packaging with all tags and liners attached

▪ For hygiene purposes all ATPT goods must have been tried on over your own underwear

Sale items are not exchangeable and are final sale. Items purchased at less than full price using a promotion or discount code may be returned for store credit.

Discount codes or promotional codes are not valid on Sale items unless stated otherwise.

If you have a promotional code it must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a promotional code to an existing order in retrospect. Promotional codes have issue and end dates. You must use your promotional code within the specified timeframe.

Promotional codes cannot be used on gift vouchers.

Because we aim to offer the newest fashion merchandise all year round, ATPT can't guarantee requested items for exchange will be in stock, but we do try our best!

Please allow ten business days for your exchange to be processed.

ATPT notifies you via e-mail of your exchange once we have processed it.

If you feel ATPT has sent you a faulty item please tell us. We may ask you to return it to us so that we can investigate the defect before contacting you again so we can agree on the best solution.
